Shipping, Taxes & Duties Policy (Global) — DDP

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally to many countries. If your country is not available at checkout, shipping may be temporarily restricted due to carrier or regulatory limitations.

2. Processing Time (Before Shipping)

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipment.
This does not include transit time.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Transit time varies by destination and carrier. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs procedures, local carrier delays, weather, or operational disruptions.

4. Tracking

If available, a tracking number will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Taxes & Duties (DDP — Included)

Taxes and import duties are included in the price (DDP).
This means you should not be charged additional import taxes/duties upon delivery in most cases.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos/videos so we can resolve it. In confirmed cases, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

8. Delays / Missing Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation so we can assist with an investigation.
