If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s “delivered” status).
Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
Requests submitted after this 30-day period may not be eligible for a free return/refund, except where required by law.
For eligible returns, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the conditions below.
Returned items must be:
Unused, unworn, and in original condition
Returned with original packaging and all included accessories
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:
Gift cards
Final sale/clearance items marked “Final Sale”
Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, accidents, or improper care
Email customer@meridianwatchco.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return label or return address.
Ship the item back following the instructions provided.
Do not send returns without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.
If there is a problem (damaged/defective/incorrect item): we cover return shipping and/or offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your location.
If you changed your mind (e.g., preference/size choice): return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless local law requires otherwise).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: typically 3 – 10 business days after approval (payment provider timelines may vary).
Shipping fees paid at checkout are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or if the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:
A refund, or
Store credit, or
An alternative item of equal value
Orders can be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped. Contact customer@meridianwatchco.com immediately if you need to cancel.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, contact us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation so we can help investigate with the carrier.
