Lifetime Warranty Policy (Global)

Every Meridian automatic watch is covered for life against manufacturing defects in its movement: if it stops running, fails to wind, or stops keeping time within normal mechanical tolerance.

Who is covered: the original purchaser, with the order number, for as long as they own the watch.

What we do: we send a replacement of the same model, or an equivalent model of equal or higher value if it is discontinued. Replacement shipping is free.

Not covered: strap, crystal, case scratches and normal wear; water damage beyond the stated water resistance; drops, impacts and accidents; watches opened or repaired by third parties; loss or theft.

How to claim: email customer@meridianwatchco.com with your order number and a short video of the issue. We reply within 2 business days.

This warranty does not limit your rights under local consumer law.
